Gray is such a precious child. She has joy that overflows from her soul. It is so wonderful to take part in her life and be her mommy. Recently she has a growing appreciation for the moon. The past few weeks we step out in this cold weather to take a quick walk so she can see "the MOOOOOONNNNNN!" Yes, she says it just like that. We left the grocery store this evening and in all that clouds we have had today there was a high chance that the moon would not "be available" this evening. Somehow thru the clouds the moon revealed it self ever so slightly. Gray yells out, " THE MOOOOOOOOONNNNNNN!" She is so precious.
Her vocabulary is really developing and she is talking so much. I love when she says, "a tree, a plane, a....anything she is seeing or hearing." So fun! Also, Andy had surgery a while back so his recovery at one point had a boot and now a brace. Gray discusses with Andy about her hurt foot and his hurt foot. I believe that she is going to think for a while that she has a hurt foot even though she doesn't. She sees Andy's hurt foot and just assumes she does as well.
"Ready!?!" Is still very popular right now. She goes into a stance when we say Ready! or when she says it then she takes off running. Fortunately our home in Franklin has a long hallway for her to run in. Love these times!
